Some advice for India
Unlike many travel agents and on-line tour booking companies, we have travelled extensively in India in a desire to learn more
and provide our clients with the best that we can offer
- from our own personal experiences.
Our knowledge has come from regularly attending Indian travel marts - such as GITB, SATTE, KTM, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh - from sponsored educational/familiarisation tours and from our own personal travels, either as a wife/husband team or leading a group.
In the course of our travels we have explored the well-known, famous sites such as the Taj Mahal, Varanassi, Amritsar, Rajasthan, etc. as well as visiting many of India's numerous National Parks, in our quest to see its unique fauna and flora. We have used trains, buses and domestic airlines.
Our travels have taken us from Kerala in the south, to Assam in NE India (and its fascinating tribal mix), to river cruises on the Ganges, to Rajasthan in the west and Himachal Pradesh in the north. We have even broadened our knowledge of the sub-continent with visits to Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
There is always much more to see!
Here are some of the things
that we have learned:
